History of Cornerstone
Personal and professional growth
Values inspired by veterans
Cornerstone Study Group was inspired by “The Pinnacle Study Group,” an organization formed in 1995 for the purpose of bringing together some of the top business and personal financial planners from across the country to share their individual expertise. Cornerstone’s meeting format was inspired by Pinnacle’s, which has fostered an environment for learning for decades. By sharing a broad diversity of resources, perspectives and backgrounds these meetings provide room to expand the minds and lives of our members through lifelong trust and friendship.

Gaetano Sacco
With over a decade of experience in financial planning, Gaetano brought his practice to Fountainhead Advisors in 2019 to expand capabilities and services for his clients. Sharing the independent philosophy of building a custom plan to fit each client’s personal story, Gaetano organically melds with the core of Fountainhead.
He continues to operate as a fiduciary and designs creative planning strategies, while maintaining focus on long-term relationships with clients, many of whom are great friends. Gaetano’s professional passion and purpose is to help people feel good about planning for their future.
With an intentional focus on listening, he seeks to first understand your personal story, before providing professional advice or strategy. When working with Gaetano, he will help you to determine your goals and identify financial risks, ultimately creating a custom allocation strategy for your wealth. Collaborating with clients (and many times your tax and legal advisors), Gaetano and his team can address your broad range of financial concerns, including retirement, protection, and estate legacy planning.
As a proud graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, Gaetano continues his charitable support for Penn State’s “THON”, fundraising for pediatric cancer, as he did in 2008 as a “dancer” in the 46-hour dance marathon. Gaetano also strongly subscribes to continued learning and development to remain the ultimate resource for his clients.
Outside of professional life, Gaetano enjoys traveling the world with his wife, Talia, & appreciating live music of all genres. Once in a blue moon, you can even see him play bass guitar with his cover band, “Country Club Drive” on stage in NYC. In June of 2022, Gaetano became a proud father when his son, Adrian, was born. In 2023, the Saccos and their dog Henley (named after Don himself) moved from Red Bank, NJ to Mullica Hill, NJ where they can spend more time with their extended family.
Jeff Hall
I got into the business directly out of Penn State, although I was on the other side of the table. My clients were financial advisors, and I saw the good the bad and the ugly of that side of the business. During this time I met my now partner, Dan Danese, and he was one of the advisors that were doing it with a way that matched my same values, so I decided to make the transition to a personal financial advisor. This allows me to help people while also protecting them from bad advice. I have been with Legacy Solutions since 2010. I live in Downingtown with my wife, Patty, and 4 daughters – Abby, Logan, Kennedy and Payton.

* The 2018 ranking of Forbes’ Top 1,000 Next Generation Wealth Advisors(1) recognizes advisors born in 1980 or later with a minimum of four years of experience. Advisors were rated based on a proprietary algorithm of qualitative and quantitative criteria: assets under management, revenues generated for their firms, client retention, industry experience, credentials, and compliance records. SHOOK Research also employs an opinion-based weighting system that prioritizes its preferred “best practices,” which include business models, activities, processes, and structure. Overall, 5,832 advisors were considered, and 1,000 (17 percent of candidates) were recognized. This recognition and the due-diligence process conducted are not indicative of the advisor’s future performance. Your experience may vary. You are encouraged to conduct your own research to determine if the advisor is right for you. (2) Portfolio performance is not a criterion due to varying client objectives and lack of audited data. SHOOK does not receive a fee in exchange for rankings. **The 2019 ranking of the Forbes’ Best-in-State Wealth Advisors list was developed by SHOOK Research and is based on in-person and telephone due-diligence meetings to evaluate each advisor qualitatively and on a ranking algorithm that includes client retention, industry experience, review of compliance records, firm nominations, and quantitative criteria (including assets under management and revenue generated for their firms). Overall, 30,000 advisors were considered, and 3,500 (11.6 percent of candidates) were recognized. This recognition and the due-diligence process conducted are not indicative of the advisor’s future performance. Your experience may vary. Winners are organized and ranked by state. Some states may have more advisors than others. You are encouraged to conduct your own research to determine if the advisor is right for you. Portfolio performance is not a criterion due to varying client objectives and lack of audited data. SHOOK does not receive a fee in exchange for rankings.
